
Penn State UX
I worked with the team at BlueRiver to analyze why students were falling off in large numbers, when visiting the Penn State Admissions site. We tackled the issue by researching not only the data provided by the University’s analytics team, but doing our own competitive audits into their site, and their competitors. Identifying a number of issues, we ran an intense agile design sprint with the Penn State technology team to find the perfect solution to help engage potential students looking to attend Penn State. What we presented was a mobile-first solution, with guides to point students towards the right campus to attend and sign up for events at the University.
